WORKSHOPS.

Gain a full understanding of how breathwork can impact you and your sports performance. You will build a fundamental understanding of the theories and practices of breathwork, specific to the focus of the workshop you attend. Each workshop will centre on a specific topic, covered in one or multiple two-hour sessions.​

1-1 COACHING.

A bespoke breathwork session tailored to your individual needs and breath pattern. Sessions are 90 minutes; including personal breath analysis, introduction to functional breathing techniques and a unique exercise program designed to meet your specific goals.

These sessions are perfect for anyone - if you are starting on your breathwork journey or an elite athlete looking to enhance performance.

GROUP SESSIONS.

Learn about the fundamentals of breathwork in a group session designed to teach you the skills needed to apply breathwork in your life. During a 2-hour session, you will be guided through Oxygen Advantage® breathing exercises aimed at removing restrictive breathing patterns allowing you to unlock the powers of the breath.
