I’m a Devon native with a passion for understanding the body and optimising performance. From a young age, I threw myself into the world of sports, dabbling in everything from rugby to hockey and football. My passion for all things health and fitness eventually led me to pursue a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at university. After university, I set off to discover the world, explore new places, experience different cultures and meet new people. Yet, amidst all these adventures, I couldn't shake the feeling that I hadn't quite found my true calling. It wasn't until I stumbled upon a podcast featuring James Nestor, the renowned author of ‘Breath’, that everything clicked into place. His insights into the power of breathwork fascinated me, and soon enough, I found myself integrating breathwork into my daily routine. The results were remarkable – improved fitness, better recovery, and a brighter mood.

Armed with a newfound passion for breathwork, I set out to study Oxygen Advantage®, which is a program of simple exercises designed to retrain your breathing. The focus is on light, slow, deep breathing (LSD) which targets the biochemistry and biomechanics of the body and taps into the autonomic nervous system. The Oxygen Advantage® includes 25+ exercises all with different purposes - from breath re-training to stopping a panic attack, preparing for a presentation or competition to improving sleep, exposing the body to good stress, to countering bad stress. There is a breathing technique for every situation.
My mission is crystal clear: to empower others with the knowledge and tools to harness the breath for better health, enhanced performance, and overall well-being. My approach to teaching is laid-back, yet deeply rooted in scientific research. I understand that each person is unique, which is why I craft tailored programs designed to address individual needs, offering a comprehensive 360° approach to overall health and wellness.
