Session 1 – Breathing Basics: How to Breathe
Most of us breathe on autopilot - but that doesn’t mean we’re doing it well. In this session, we’ll strip things back to the fundamentals: what functional breathing really looks like, how to build a mind–muscle connection with your diaphragm, and why nasal breathing is such a game-changer.
Session 2 – The Gear System: Breathing for Exercise
There’s no single “right” way to breathe when you train. In this session, you’ll learn how to match your breath to your effort - shifting gears from nose to mouth as intensity climbs. We’ll cover how oxygen and CO₂ shape performance, plus practical recovery breathing tools to help you bounce back faster.
